Clothing for Children in the Daycare

Children should be properly clothed for the weather, as well as for the day’s activities. A change of clothing (extra pants, shirt, socks, and underwear) must be provided to be kept in the child’s backpack (bag) in the event of a spill or accident. Children must also be equipped with a pair of indoor shoes that are to be left at the center. Outdoor shoes are the ones which they will come wearing. Please label all these items with your child’s’ name. During summer months, please pack for your child a swimsuit, sun screen, insect repellent, water bottle and a hat to be kept in the child’s backpack at the center.

Diapers (Supplies) for Infants/Toddlers

Parents are responsible to supply baby wipes, diapers, and diaper rash ointment for your child as needed

Toilet Training

PlayCare Daycare staff will work in partnership with you and your child to ensure a successful result in toilet training. Please inform us when you believe your child is ready to begin the toilet training process. Toilet training for our center will include the willingness of a child to participate in the process. Please be sure to provide more clothing during this unpredictable time.

**** Note: Toddlers not toilet trained by the age of 3 cannot graduate to the preschool aged program. Toddler monthly fees will still apply ****
