Infants grow and learn every day. Edmonton PlayCare DayCare provides a safe and nurturing “home away from home” where infants can explore and make new discoveries.
Young children learn through play, and our Early Foundations Infant care program is designed to provide infants with the skills that serve as building blocks for a lifetime of learning.
We appreciate you trusting us with your infant’s care and education, and we’re committed to making this first transition away from home easy and natural for you and your child.
In addition to caring for your infant, everything we do is designed for learning.
As toddlers develop friendships, self-esteem, and curiosity, our Early Foundations Toddler care program will help them explore their world in a safe and nurturing environment. Our unique early childhood curriculum is based on the philosophy that children learn best through hands-on experiences. Each day is filled with fun activities that excite and help toddlers develop in ways that give them the comfort and confidence to grow and develop both cognitively and socially. In addition to caring for your toddler, everything we do is designed for learning.
As preschoolers gain more self-esteem, they feel ready to take on the world. Our Pre-School Aged curriculum enhances that confidence by providing activities to help three- and four-year-old children become problem solvers and develop a love of lifelong learning.
Through independent exploration, structured activities, and hands-on learning, children develop a variety of skills and knowledge in areas like early literacy, mathematics, science, Spanish and social skills.
We’re proud of the work we do. In fact, Edmonton PlayCare DayCare creates its Pre-School Aged curriculum and programs for learning standards that progress sequentially across six developmental domains. These include:
PlayCare Daycare offers a fun safe environment for out of school care kids to do homework if they choose or play a game.
